QBRs and corrective action where performance slips /liliCategory risk registers, dual and multi-sourcing, geographic diversification, tariff and CBAM considerations /liliESG due diligence, compliance evidence and audit-ready governance /lilieProcurement adoption, data accuracy and clear MI for senior stakeholders /liliMentoring or line management of senior sourcing specialists (potential for 3–4 reports) /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we#39;re looking for /strong /pulli5–7+ years in procurement, including at least 3 years in category management and strategic sourcing at global or multi-region scale /liliA demonstrable track record of cost savings and margin improvement delivered through sourcing strategy and negotiation /liliExposure to engineered raw materials, components or the automotive / smart infrastructure sectors, with the ability to balance commercial and technical drivers /liliStrong end-to-end sourcing toolkit: RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation, contracting, TCO and should-cost /liliReal SRM capability — segmentation, QBRs, scorecards, corrective actions /liliRisk management, ERP and eProcurement experience, plus solid ESG and compliance knowledge /liliDegree in business, engineering, supply chain or similar; MCIPS / ISCM strongly preferred /liliThe influencing skills to operate credibly in a global matrix /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPracticalities /strong Based at a European distribution or manufacturing site.
