POSITION SUMMARY

Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other grounds features by cleaning, replacing or making repairs. Install new flowers and plants. Maintain room balcony and all interior plant containers, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Perform pre-operation equipment safety check when using any mower or other equipment.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Support team to reach common goals.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.



Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Gross Annual Salary: min 25'500 - 28'900 € (the gross annual salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis when employment covers only part of the year).
- The 13th and 14th month payments are included in the gross annual salary and are accrued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the actual period worked during the year.
- TFR (severance) is an additional amount on top of the salary, which is set aside during employment and paid to the employee at the end of the contract
