Role Description The Content Repository Specialist at DS Consultoria is a full-time, on-site role based in Genoa. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s digital content repositories, ensuring that documents and assets are properly classified, versioned, and easily retrievable. Day-to-day tasks include uploading and cataloging new content, applying metadata and taxonomy standards, monitoring repository performance, and resolving access or indexing issues.

The specialist collaborates with project teams to understand content needs, enforces governance and compliance rules, and supports users with training and documentation on best practices. The role also involves continuous improvement of repository structures, workflows, and search capabilities to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

- Experience managing digital content repositories, including organizing, cataloging, and maintaining documents and assets.
- Strong skills in metadata management, taxonomy design,



and information architecture for structured content storage.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), document management tools, or enterprise content platforms.
- Ability to analyze content usage data, identify process improvements, and implement efficient workflows.
- Attention to detail in quality control, version management, and compliance with governance standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to support internal stakeholders and provide user training.
- Comfort working on-site in Genoa and engaging with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in consulting, IT services, or knowledge management is beneficial.
- Working proficiency in English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
