Overview As Finance Manager for the Italian legal entity at Mercallo, you own day-to-day accounting, statutory and regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance during transitional phases. You will align local reporting with the US parent and oversee governance and corporate tax/tax-related activities. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border restructuring and governance, reporting to Luxembourg finance leadership, in an international environment.

Responsabilità

Manage statutory, regulatory, and fiscal lifecycle obligations for the Italian entity with full compliance during transitions Lead day-to-day accounting, review accruals, and supervise financial records; prepare annual financial statements under Italian GAAP Deliver monthly/quarterly financial inputs to the US parent and adapt data for group requirements Coordinate tax return compliance, VAT,



and F24 reviews with outsourced provider Coordinate external audits and maintain systematic archival of records for long-term compliance Coordinate cash flow availability, weekly forecasting, intercompany cost rebills, and intercompany reconciliations; provide projections for group projects

Requisiti fondamentali

3–5 years of experience at the finance or accounting manager level at least five years of total relevant accounting experience Italian GAAP expertise fluency in Italian and English autonomy and resilience; capable of managing tight deadlines on-site work at Mercallo (VA) under a 1-year fixed-term SAP or other ERP proficiency; strong MS Office (Excel) skills knowledge that US GAAP training is provided by the group; not required to be proficient initially autonomy resilience self-starter Italian GAAP SAP or other ERP systems Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office)
