Responsabilità
Manage and execute Smart Devices development projects with internal teams, partners, and suppliers Track milestones, risks, and action plans for projects Collect and analyze technical docs, specs and benchmarking data Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Product Development, Industrialization, Quality, Compliance and Supply Chain Prepare project reviews, status reports and executive presentations Conduct technology scouting in smart glasses, consumer electronics, AI, and advanced manufacturing Benchmark technologies, suppliers,
and providers; build business cases and recommendations Support AI-based tooling for product development and manufacturing; participate in pilot automation/digitalization projects Assist testing and evaluation of innovative materials and manufacturing tech for eyewear Prepare technical summaries and feasibility reports
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Electronics, Mechatronics, Innovation Management or equivalent Fluent English Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset Basic understanding of product development and industrialization processes Interest in consumer electronics and wearables Familiarity with project management methodologies Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite AI literacy and prudent use of AI tools to aid decision making Knowledge of eyewear products and manufacturing processes (preferred) Experience with automation, robotics or Industry 4.0 (preferred) Familiarity with AI applications in manufacturing, quality control or engineering (preferred) Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded systems (preferred) Curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills Team player with international, cross‑functional mindset High learning agility analytical thinking proactive collaboration strong communication AI literacy and tools automation and robotics Industry 4.0 technologies
