Overview In this field-based leadership role, you will drive regional growth for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will lead a mixed direct and indirect sales organization, shaping strategy, forecasting, and talent development. You’ll build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgeons while navigating change in a dynamic healthcare market. This is a people-focused role that offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and a clear path to performance improvements and market expansion.

Lead and coach a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channels Drive revenue performance and meet financial targets Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Cultivate a high-performing team culture and support talent development Build strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons,



and stakeholders Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as needed Lead teams through transformation and change while maintaining engagement Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and regional talent development Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field Advanced English level (C1) 7+ years of professional experience 5+ years in commercial roles in sales/marketing 3+ years of people management experience Experience in operating room environments Track record of achieving commercial targets Experience in Medical Devices industry Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Strong leadership and change management capabilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Great communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment CRM proficiency Microsoft Office proficiency
