We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Design Representative with a background or strong interest in interior design, furniture, or furnishings to join our growing sales team.
Working directly under our Sales Lead, this person will focus primarily on developing our residential and interior designer business. The role combines relationship building, sales, design knowledge, and consistent follow-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands design but is has experience in the business and relationship side of the industry and wants to grow into a strong sales professional.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Lead in developing residential and interior designer accounts
- Conduct consistent outreach to designers, homeowners, and prospective clients
- Nurture existing leads and relationships through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Re-engage past clients and dormant opportunities
- Respond to incoming residential and designer inquiries
- Learn client needs and help guide them toward appropriate custom furniture solutions
- Assist with preparing quotes, presentations, samples, and sales materials
- Maintain organized notes and follow-up activity within our CRM
- Develop long-term relationships with designers and repeat clients
- Coordinate with our design and production teams as projects move forward
- Help identify new opportunities to grow our residential and designer client base
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has sales experience
- Has an interior design, furniture, architecture, furnishings, or related background
- Is personable, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Is highly organized and persistent with follow-up
- Enjoys building relationships and talking to new people
- Has a strong aesthetic/design sense
- Is motivated by goals and wants to grow within a sales organization
- Can take direction while also working independently
- Previous sales experience is required for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €7.00 - €10.00 per hour
