Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p /brh3About the Role /h3 /brpWe are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering and RD department, managing projects from concept to completion, and building industry-leading solutions for our customers. /p /brpAs a Software Engineer, you will: /p /brul /brliDesign automation software solutions for controls of automated machinery lines; /li /brliCollaborate with mechanical engineering dept. and RD dept with a focus on software design and mechatronics, performing functional analysis on machines, based on customer's URS and on new machinery technical specifications; /li /brliDevelop software for the entire machine life cycle, including design, development, production, and maintenance, ensuring software compliance with customer's requirements; /li /brliExecute simulations, debug,



and testing machines, both before machine installation and at customers' sites; /li /brliDraft relevant technical documentation. /li /br /ul /brh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 /brul /brliYou have at least 5 Years of experience in a similar position /li /brliYou have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Automation/ Electrical/ Computer Engineering or related fields /li /brliSolid experience in motion control and the development of complex industrial machinery or equipment. /li /brliExperience with Schneider PLC programming is required.
