ph3About this opportunity /h3pJunior or Intermediate level professional responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments. /ph3Responsibilities include but are not limited to: /h3ulliSupporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives /liliPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships /liliDelivering high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our customers’ requirements. /liliAdministering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager. /liliProducing and presenting to customers /liliPreparing bids for services. /liliManaging service delivery for profit. /liliAdvising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance. /liliRemaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager. /li /ulh3As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to: /h3ulliOpportunities to develop and grow your career /liliEmployee Assistance Programme /liliSalary range: €35,000 - €55,000 (based on experience and qualifications) /li /ulh3Who we’re looking for: /h3h3Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills /h3ulli2-7years of experience managing construction (real estate / buildings) projects in Italy. /liliKnowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector. /liliExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written. /liliAbility to work as part of a team. /liliMethodical way of thinking and approach to work.
