ResponsabilitàLead and develop a team of Production Engineering Specialists, focusing on coaching, performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee Internal Processes: steer improvement initiatives, prioritize investments, track OEE and efficiency metrics, and validate ROI through feasibility analysis and implementation tracking.
Lead Special Processes: drive development of automated/semi-automated solutions for Protection and Energy Management, ensuring innovation, budget compliance, and sustainability.
Champion engineering solutions via feasibility studies, define technical specs,



implement advanced equipment and robotics, and continually upgrade production capabilities.
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automation Engineering; Master preferred
8+ years in process engineering, production management, or manufacturing/quality optimization in industrial/electromechanical sectors
Proven experience with process design tools, manufacturing simulation software, and digital production tools (PLM, ERP, IoT monitoring)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, automation tech, Industry 5.0 standards, and Physical AI trends
Demonstrated leadership of technical teams with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
