pWe are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented bHR professional /b to join a leading international manufacturing organization at its production plant in bPinerolo, Italy /b. /ppbr/ppThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to both local HR operations and international HR initiatives, supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment and playing a key role in enhancing the employee experience. /ppbr/ppThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships across all organizational levels, and contributing to a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace. /ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will support the development of a high-performing and motivated workforce by delivering excellent HR support, fostering a positive employee experience, and connecting local business needs with global HR strategies, standards, and initiatives. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbEmployee Union Relations /b /pulliSupport employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters. /liliAssist the HR Manager with union relations activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation, coordination of meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements and related initiatives. /liliContribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives. /liliSupport employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional HR experience. /li /ulpbGlobal HR Operations Coordination /b /pulliEnsure the effective local implementation of global HR policies, standards, and operational guidelines. /liliAct as the primary local contact for global HR projects, process updates, organizational changes, and HR system implementations. /liliSupport communication, change management, and employee adoption of new HR programs, systems, and digital tools.



/liliProvide feedback and insights to global HR teams regarding local requirements, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement. /li /ulpbHR Administration Payroll Support /b /pulliServe as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel administration. /liliSupport monthly payroll activities by ensuring the accurate and timely collection and validation of employee data. /liliAdminister employee benefits, welfare programs, supplementary pension schemes, and insurance programs. /liliCoordinate monthly documentation and interactions with external payroll providers and service partners. /liliMaintain personnel files and HR documentation in line with legal, audit, and organizational requirements. /liliSupport recruitment administration, onboarding activities, employment documentation, and contractual processes. /li /ulpbGovernment Funding Training Administration /b /pulliManage administrative activities required to obtain public funding, grants, and reimbursements related to training programs and workforce development initiatives. /liliLiaise with local authorities, training institutions, and external partners regarding funding opportunities and compliance requirements. /liliMaintain accurate training records, HR databases, reports, and related documentation. /li /ulpbTraining Compliance /b /pulliCoordinate training planning, administration, delivery, and tracking activities across the plant. /liliPrepare, maintain, and organize documentation required for internal and external audits.



/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening HR processes, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. /liliContribute to fostering a learning culture and continuous development mindset across the organization. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills Experience /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. /liliGood understanding of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and fundamental Italian labor law. /liliExperience supporting training administration and compliance activities. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /lilibPreferred: /b Experience managing government-funded training programs and reimbursement processes. /lilibPreferred: /b Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and digital HR tools. /lilibPreferred: /b Experience working within multinational organizations or international HR environments. /lilibPreferred: /b Exposure to employee relations and unionized workplace environments. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliSalary range of b€28,000–€30,000 gross annual salary /b. /liliThe opportunity to join a global and multicultural organization. /liliExposure to both local HR operations and international HR projects. /liliCollaboration with business leaders, managers, employees, and global HR teams. /liliThe opportunity to contribute directly to employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. /liliDevelopment of expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, payroll, training, compliance, and HR operations. /liliA working environment focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, innovation, and people development. /li /ulpbr/p
