/ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee all daily operations of the sorting center, including inbound and outbound processing, sorting, packing, and loading of parcels. /liliDevelop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels. /liliManage, train, and mentor a team of sorting center staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sorting accuracy, processing speed, and delivery success rates, taking corrective actions as needed. /liliEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards. /liliCollaborate with other departments, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics operations. /liliManage inventory of sorting supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance. /liliIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. /liliPrepare regular reports on center performance, challenges, and proposed solutions for senior management. /liliHandle and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to relevant stakeholders. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within an e-commerce or express delivery environment. /liliProven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong understanding of sorting technologies,
