With more than 7,000 employees 59% in Italy and 41% worldwide we are present in over 80 countries. /p pFor PharmaSiena, an IMA Group company specializing in the design and manufacture of systems and machines for the aseptic filling of vials, bottles, and syringes, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. /p pLocation: Siena, Italy. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liManage projects in compliance with customer requirements (URS). /li liCoordinate a dedicated project management team. /li liOrganize and lead regular project progress meetings, planning activities and managing project risks. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for customers, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, managing change orders, and organizing and leading regular customer meetings. /li liKeep the Sales department aligned on any project-related issues, jointly managing customer escalations when required.Plan, manage, and participate in all major project milestones, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ensure closure of all post-FAT punch list items. /li liOversee the installation phase of projects through to contract completion,
