/ppbr / /ppReporting functionally to the strongGroup HR Director /strong and partnering closely with the strongPlant Manager /strong and the local Leadership Team, the HR Manager will lead all Human Resources activities at site level, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Group HR strategy.
Managing a team of two HR professionals, the successful candidate will act as the key HR reference for the plant, combining strategic vision with a strong operational mindset.

/liliAct as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team, supporting organizational development and business performance.
/liliLead, coach and develop the local HR team.
/liliDrive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
/liliPromote employee engagement and support change management projects.
/liliManage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with corporate guidelines.
/liliPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts and cost controlling activities, providing regular reporting and KPI analysis.
/liliManage industrial relations, maintaining constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
/liliSupport organizational design and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
/liliEnsure HR processes are efficient,
compliant and aligned with business priorities.
/liliCollaborate closely with the Group HR function on international HR projects and initiatives.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills Qualifications /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
/lilistrong7–10 years of experience /strong as an HR Manager within a structured manufacturing environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and modern HR practices.
/liliProven experience in strongindustrial relations /strong and collective bargaining with trade unions.
/liliSolid experience in strongHR budgeting, cost controlling, forecasting and HR analytics /strong.
/liliStrong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
/liliExcellent analytical and reporting skills with confidence in managing HR KPIs.
/liliProfessional proficiency in strongEnglish /strong (minimum strongCEFR C1 /strong preferred), both written and spoken.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR best practices.
