In this position, you would be working within Accenture Products and Platforms (APP). APP operates a portfolio of product-mindset business units inside Accenture - each with a shared mission to codify industry and functional knowledge into valuable and differentiated software assets for sale to Accenture clients or as market-facing products in clients’ own offerings. A designer who likes to take ownership and lead others **The work**: - Growth and maintenance of a design system with a focus on continuous improvement of visuals, guidelines, and consistency
- End-to-end design of components and patterns (research, benchmark, usability standards, visual design, token definition, guidelines definition, support to devs for the implementation)
- Support of designers and devs adopting the design system
- Preparation of decks and other artifacts to support design reviews
- UI design for vertical apps For now,

- At least 2 years of experience as UI/UX
- A to presents to stakeholders with a focus on the rationales behind design decisions
- Some experience managing UI libraries
- Good to great knowledge of Sketch, Sigma, Adobe Suite, Invision, Framer, Principle, or similar software
- Previous exposition to design thinking methodology
**Premio points if**: - You have experience working as part of a multidisciplinary product team
- You have good visual communication skills through different means - e.g. mood-board, maps, flow, storyboard, envisioning board, etc.
- You have knowledge of data visualization principles
- You have interest in motion design
