/li /ul h3Project Planning /h3 ul liIdentify potential risks and develop an appropriate risk mitigation plan. /li liSupport cost evaluation and the preparation of the capital budgeting model (Project Sustainability Analysis). /li liDevelop the project schedule and effectively communicate it to both internal and external stakeholders. /li liProvide top management with an overview of the project's key risks and opportunities during the Gate Review. /li /ul h3Project Executing /h3 ul liLead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with team efforts. /li liEnsure achievement of key milestones: prototype, pre-series, and SOP. /li liGuarantee overall project targets are met (timeline, profitability, quality). /li liIdentify and implement corrective actions to address deviations from baseline. /li /ul h3Project Monitoring /h3 ul liCollect, analyze, and report deviations from baseline targets (scope, risks, schedule, profitability, quality). /li liProvide both individual project updates and overall program overviews to keep top management informed on plan status. /li liConduct regular alignment meetings with the team to monitor project progress.



/li /ul h3Project Closing /h3 ul liFollow up on the project launch for several months after SOP implementation to support departments involved in the series production phase, if needed. /li liConduct lessons learned meetings and prepare the related documentation. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Management/Industrial Engineering. /li li2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. /li liPrevious experience in the mechanical or industrial sector is preferred. /li liGood knowledge of ERP systems is considered a plus. /li liEnglish proficiency at least at B1 level. /li liProactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to take initiative. /li liResult-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving objectives. /li liHumility and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and work effectively within a team. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 pThe annual compensation range for this position is b€ 35,000 - € 40,000 /b, with additional benefits. /p pThis compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility. /p pAdditional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process. /p pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
