Responsabilità
Translate customer requirements into practical engineered solutions
Lead design and configuration from concept to installation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate engineered solutions
Shape processes, best practices, and driving innovation across the business
Engage with customers to ensure service quality and project alignment
Support meeting departmental sales objectives and project deadlines




Learn and utilize internal software and tools
Interpret customer specifications, data sheets, drawings, and schematics
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
5+ years in application engineering or inside sales
CAD experience; Solid Edge preferred
Pneumatics/hydraulics/controls experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Ability to quickly learn and use business software and internal programs
Strong reading and interpretation of specifications and schematics
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior customer-facing experience
