As an Operational Construction Manager, you will support and execute
construction activities on supplier site located in Monfalcone (GO), ensuring
alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and operational
excellence. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations,
coordinating contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
across the construction phase.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:

Safety and Environment Management
System requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on site.

* Supporting and actively participate in construction activities, coordinating
with suppliers and subcontractors during the execution phase to ensure
readiness and proper planning of work.

* Monitoring construction progress and contribute to the optimization and
continuous improvement of processes in response to operational needs.

* Assisting in identifying opportunities for process efficiencies, contributing
to improvement initiatives within a broader functional context.

* Supporting the QA/QC team in site activities, including the preparation of
non-conformance reports and follow-up of corrective actions.

* Maintaining effective communication and coordination with Customer
representatives to address and resolve field issues.
