- Team events **Your Main Duties**: - Planning, coordination and control of marketing measures
- Support in the implementation and onboarding of new hotel projects
- Ensuring implementation and compliance with the corporate identity in the hotels
- Layout and copywriting of brochures, flyers, newsletters and advertisements (print and online)
- Control of the hotels’ active social media channels and press release
- Planning and implementation of photo shoots and processing of images
- Continuous market and competition observation (benchmarking)
- Organization and supervision of magazine photo shoots for the Italian properties
- Support in the development of PR cooperation
- Monitoring media coverage and other external factors in order to identify potential/actual problems areas or opportunities
- Share and communicate the various existing Marketing projects and activities carried out, internally with the Cluster Italy departments
- Collaborate in the implementation of the Sales & Marketing Budget as directed **Your Profile**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing - preferably in strategic marketing in the (chain) hotel industry
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and project-oriented way of working
- Creativity, service orientation, strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Enjoy exciting challenges
- Very confident with MS Office
- Ability to use the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are an advantage
