You will work closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team, ensuring excellent employee experience while supporting the business with effective and practical HR solutions. /p pYou will be responsible for managing and coordinating key HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development, employee relations and HR administration. A people-focused, hands-on and solution-oriented approach is therefore essential! /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipRecruitment Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business needs and defining job profiles to sourcing, screening and interviewing. /p /li lipOnboarding: Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new employees have the information,



tools and support needed to successfully integrate into the organization. /p /li lipLearning development: Identify training needs in collaboration with managers, coordinate training initiatives and support the implementation of development programs and learning opportunities. /p /li lipHR Administration: Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including new hires, terminations, contractual changes, employee documentation and other HR processes, working closely with external payroll and employment consultants. /p /li lipHR Policies Processes: Support the implementation, communication and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance. /p /li lipHR Projects: Actively participate in local and Group HR projects, supporting the implementation of new initiatives, tools and processes. /p /li lipHR Data Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data and prepare HR reports and analyses to support decision-making and provide relevant management information. /p /li lipContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes and proactively contribute to the development of the HR function. /p /li /ul br/ h3What we expect from you: /h3 ul lipAt least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably within a structured and/or international organization.
