ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role within our Mainland
Europe Sales Support team, providing dedicated support to our customers within
the Taste and Nutrition sector. You will oversee daily business coordination,
ensuring exceptional service delivery and supporting our Key Account Managers.
This is a tempo pieno role, based in our Italy offices 3 days per week and 2 days
at home.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your responsibilities will include project management, driving smooth
progression throughout the entire buying cycle, and ensuring accurate and
efficient data management.
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related
to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely
and accurate responses.
* Manage the project pipeline in coordination with Key Account Managers,
updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D;, Quality,
