Contract: Full-time, self?employed (p.iva)
Salary: €1,****** – €1,****** fixed monthly + commissions + bonuses.
Base compensation: Guaranteed monthly base from €1,000 to €1,200, commensurate with experience.
Commission & Premio: Clear commission plan and incentive for meeting monthly objectives.

Qualifications
Experience in real estate:



Preferable experience within an agency and knowledge of role dynamics.
Commercial experience: Also considered from insurance, services sales, etc., provided there's a solid negotiation and customer contact foundation.
Determination: Autonomous, proactive, problem?solving attitude.
Mobility: Must be personally licensed to drive and manage appointments in the territory.
