You will work closely with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, site teams and internal functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials to construction sites. /p /brpYou will play an important role in maintaining accurate material flows, supporting supplier coordination and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures and project schedules. /p /brh3Your role will encompass: /h3 /brul /brliSupporting procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment, including modules, inverters, structures and MV/HV components. /li /brliManaging RFQs,
collecting and analysing supplier quotations, and contributing to supplier evaluation and commercial negotiation activities. /li /brliPreparing and administering purchase orders and related procurement documentation, including the relevant activities in SAP. /li /brliMonitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality requirements, escalating potential issues and delays when required. /li /brliSupporting the preparation and collection of procurement documentation required for tender participation. /li /brliCoordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and damage-free delivery of materials to project sites. /li /brliWorking with logistics partners and warehouse teams on inventory control, goods booking, storage optimization and non-conformance management. /li /brliMaintaining accurate procurement records in line with internal procedures, EPC traceability requirements and audit standards. /li /brliCollaborating with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quality and Finance to support aligned project delivery and provide visibility on procurement progress and supply chain risks. /li /br /ul /brh3What you bring to the role: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. /li /brli2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or a related role within industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments. /li /brliGood understanding of procurement processes, logistics activities, INCOTERMS and vendor management principles.
