Octave is seeking an Engagement Leader to own strategic customer relationships for CoLabs, turning ill-defined problems into scoped use cases with a clear value hypothesis, and orchestrating a cross-functional squad to prove value within an 11-week cycle across three gates.
You will be the single point of accountability for the engagement, frame problems for senior executives, run the gates, guide the Technical Lead and pillar representatives, and connect insights back to the product roadmap
