Hotel Domani is seeking an Human Resources Manager to embed the People strategy in the property and partner with leadership for hotel success. The role reports to the Area Director of HR, Sicily, with dotted line to the General Manager.
You will lead day-to-day HR operations, shape a positive employee experience, drive performance management, and support recruitment, onboarding, L&D;, and compliance across the hotel.
