Position
We are looking for an HR Specialist | Talent Acquisition & Welfare to join our Human Resources Department.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- manage the entire personnel search and selection process, with particular focus on positions in the operational area;
- post job ads using major recruiting channels;
- carry out CV screening activities, organize and conduct selection interviews;
- collaborate with employment agencies, schools, training institutions and other partners to develop talent attraction strategies;
- promote and manage corporate welfare initiatives, contributing to the well-being of employees;
- monitor vantaggi usage and gather feedback to develop new initiatives;
- participate in cross-cutting HR projects related to employer branding, attraction and retention.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- diploma or degree in humanities,
economics or related disciplines;
- experience in personnel search and selection activities and/or in HR;
- interest in topics related to corporate welfare and organizational well-being;
- curiosity about trends in the labor market, employer branding, and digital HR tools;
- good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and proactivity in work management;
- excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.
Other information
Contract: full-time, flexitime and lavoro da remoto.
Gross annual earnings: 28.000 - 31.000 €
