Savino Del Bene seeks a Level 1 Junior IT Support Technician to join our Corporate IT team in Italy (Scandicci, Florence) on a fixed-term contract. After training, you will relocate to our warehouse in Fairless Hills, PA, to support U.S. operations and travel to New Jersey sites as needed.
You will provide first-line support for end users, manage AD, network, wireless, and on-site IT tasks, plus remote ticketing with the U.S. team.
