La risorsa lavorerà in loco a Sint Maarten (Caraibi olandesi) per la costruzione di un progetto di edilizia ospedaliera.

I candidati interessati dovranno aver maturato almeno 5/10 anni di esperienza in analoga posizione presso società specializzate in edilizia pubblica (Ospedali, scuole, caserme) o civile (hotel/resort, centri commerciali).

I candidati devono possedere buona capacità di lavorare in gruppo, essere dinamici e proattivi, e dimostrare di avere attitudine all’ innovazione ed al miglioramento continuo.

Si offre tempo indeterminato con RAL indicativa 60k (possibilità di negoziazione) + premio produzione+ assicurazione medico-sanitaria+ laptop + cellulare aziendale.

Titolo di studio: laurea ingegneria civile/Architettura o affini

Conoscenze tecniche: Conoscenza obbligatoria di ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001

Lingue: Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese

Compiti e responsabilità:

La posizione riporterà al Project Manager e avrà la responsabilità di redigere il Quality Plan Quality Procedure Plan della Società ed assicurarne la messa in pratica, predisporre l’aggiornamento periodico del Piano delle Procedure di Qualità della Società, ispezionare i lavori controllando che la loro esecuzione sia conforme al progetto, alle prescrizioni contrattuali ed alla regola d’arte. Dovrà inoltre effettuare i controlli in cantiere,



verificare che si effettuino tutte le prove e i controlli previsti in progetto e di quelli obbligatori per legge, coordinare e supervisionare l’attività del responsabile della sicurezza e di ispettori interni per la parte HSE.

For an Italian multinational construction company specializing in civil construction, we are looking for a Quality Manager / QHSE to support a hospital construction project in Sint Maarten, in the Dutch Caribbean. The role is intended for a professional with strong experience in public construction, such as hospitals, schools, and barracks, or in civil construction environments such as hotels, resorts, and shopping centers. The position reports to the Project Manager and requires close coordination with site and HSE functions to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to quality management, proven experience in construction site controls, and the ability to work in a team environment with a proactive mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do?

- Prepare the Company Quality Plan and Quality Procedure Plan, and ensure full implementation on the project site.




- Update the Company Quality Procedure Plan on a periodic basis and maintain its alignment with project requirements.
- Inspect ongoing works to verify compliance with the project, contractual requirements, and proper workmanship standards.
- Carry out site inspections and confirm that all required tests and checks are performed according to the project scope.
- Ensure that all mandatory inspections and legally required controls are completed in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the safety manager and internal inspectors for all HSE-related activities.
- Report to the Project Manager and provide structured oversight of quality and HSE execution on site.

Your Skills

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is required for this position.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Mandatory knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is required.
- Fluent English
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders is essential.
- Strong site control capability is needed to verify technical compliance and project execution quality.
