Overview In this program management role, you will steer complex technology transformation initiatives across multiple streams to align IT and business goals. You’ll work with technology and business teams to turn system evolution needs into concrete projects, and you’ll monitor progress and governance to ensure on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to manage risks and maintain momentum, while helping implement scalable PM practices. Responsabilità

Support planning and management of complex technology transformation programs across multiple project streams Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to translate evolution needs into structured project initiatives Monitor program progress through KPIs, milestones, and performance indicators Manage and coordinate program governance activities, aligning IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors Identify, monitor,



and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure delivery continuity Support definition and implementation of program management frameworks and methodologies within Technology Coordinate initiatives involving multiple platforms and applications, including digital channel evolution, legacy modernization, and system integration Prepare reporting and monitoring materials for management and steering committees

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Computer Engineering or related field Approximately 5 years in project/program management in IT or digital transformation Solid understanding of complex multi-system technology projects Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Ability to define and monitor KPIs, milestones, and risk processes Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in digital transformation or legacy modernization projects Project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus Fluent English Stakeholder management Strong communication Cross-functional collaboration Agile Waterfall Hybrid project management
