**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Management Control Department of the **BU Milk**, at the Piana di Monte Verna (CE) plant. The resource, supporting their manager, will be responsible for the following activities: * Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets; * Collaboration in drafting business plans, in line with the overall company strategy; * Analysis and constant monitoring of the plant's operational performance, identifying any deviations from established plans and collaborating in planning corrective actions; * Identification of the causes of possible deviations from expected performance and proposal of actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.



**REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, and similar fields; * Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; * Excellent knowledge of the English language; * Analytical aptitude, precision, and curiosity towards business processes; * Good relational skills and predisposition to teamwork; * Interest in management control, data analysis, and business processes. **KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION** * Internship duration: 6 months; * Internship location: Piana di Monte Verna (CE); * Monthly reimbursement of €800 and meal vouchers.
