# Profilo We are looking for a **Data Admin** for a client company in the Aerospace industry # Responsabilità * Preparing and sorting documents for data entry. * Entering (transfer and condense) data from various sources into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. * Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. * Complying with data integrity and security policies. * Copying, printing and scanning files and generating reports. * Filing Documents in the Library * Troubleshooting processing errors. * Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan. * Testing new database systems and software updates. * Interacts with clients as well as team members regarding data input. # Skill e Professionalità * High School Diploma Tecnico Aeronautico * Fluent English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and communication. * Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong familiarity with MS Office applications.
