Overview

In this role, you will drive growth in Prysmian’s renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on emerging ocean energy markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings, pursue new business opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline. You’ll engage external stakeholders to position Prysmian as a partner in innovative projects and support commercial proposals and tenders. The role blends market intelligence, technical collaboration, and strategic positioning in both renewable and defense-related markets. Responsabilità

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewable energy, especially ocean energy (tidal, wave, floating)
- Support market intelligence activities tracking trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Engage external stakeholders to position Prysmian in innovative projects




- Assist in preparation of commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D;, and product management to tailor or develop offerings
- Support business development in defense and military applications
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in renewables and defense
- Support client meetings, workshops, and industry events to generate leads

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or equivalent)
- Up to 3-4 years of experience in a business development role
- Fluent in English; another language is a plus
- Basic understanding of energy infrastructure, offshore or industrial projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong teamwork and results-oriented mindset
