Responsabilità

- Assist in the preparation of the annual Budget
- Deliver deep-dive analyses on business performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning and decision‑making
- Support monthly closing with sharp analysis for the management reporting package




- Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams with data‑driven insights
- Proactively identify and lead initiatives to automate tasks and scale the Finance function
- Support capital planning and monitor regulatory capital position with Finance and Risk teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 2–5 years of FP&A; or Finance Controlling experience
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
- Strong financial and analytical modelling skills
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret large data sets
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence presenting complex analyses to senior management
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
