We listento their wishes to create the holiday they dream of.We care for and respect the territories that host us, their environment, andtheir development.Thanks to all this, and to our daily commitment, we are able to offerunforgettable experiences with all the passion and care of authentic Italianhospitality.POSITIONOVERVIEWAre you a senior digital marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the analytical skills to turn data into business decisions?Bluserena is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group.Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty.This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, challenges assumptions through data and works closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver measurable growth.LOCATIONThe position is open at our Headquarters in Pescara (Abruzzo), with the possibility of remote working according to company policy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to shaping and execute the Group’s Digital Marketing & Growth strategy,



aligning marketing priorities with commercial, revenue and brand objectivesUse customer, market and performance data to identify business opportunities and support strategic and commercial decisionsDevelop growth initiatives across customer segments, channels and touchpoints, building clear business cases and measurable targetsLead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyaltyPlan and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, E-mail Marketing and Affiliate channelsDrive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through continuous testing, analysis and budget optimizationManage and drive the evolution of the website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and commercial performanceDevelop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling and marketing automationPartner with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to turn commercial priorities into integrated marketing actionsBuild dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholdersManage budgets and external media, digital, CRM and technology partners, ensuring accountability and quality of executionPromote a test-and-learn culture, digital innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing activities and cross-functional initiativesREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSAt least 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing,



Performance Marketing or comparable rolesProven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiativesStrong commercial mindset, with a track record of connecting marketing actions to revenue, conversion, profitability and business growthExcellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data, customer insights and market trends into strategic choices and actionable plansAdvanced knowledge of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital AnalyticsSolid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimizationExperience managing budgets, forecasts, external partners and performance against business targetsStrategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and a strong bias for actionExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing and challenging environmentExperience in hospitality, travel, leisure or other consumer-driven industries is considered a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishSalary Range in line with the pay transparency principles set out in EU Directive 2023/970:CCNL: Tourism – Federalberghi; Level: 1st Level – QB; RAL: €40.000 – €50.000The final salary placement within this range will be determined based on an objective assessment of the candidate’s skills, previous experience, and professional qualifications demonstrated throughout the selection process.We do not request or use information regarding candidates’ salary history.This position is open to candidates of all genders, ages, physical abilities, sexual orientations, political opinions, religious beliefs, ethnic origins, and nationalities, in full compliance with applicable equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation.By submitting your application, you declare that you have read the information available on www.Bluserena.It#J-18808-Ljbffr
