In this role you will ensure supplier quality meets standards across the product lifecycle, leading supplier qualifications, audits, and development activities. You will support New Product Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost supplier performance and product quality. Your work helps prevent manufacturing risks and sustains safe, reliable products for customers. The role offers impact through improving supplier capabilities and contributing to our sustainable water technology mission.

Responsabilità
- Qualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet quality standards
- Conduct supplier audits (system and process)
- Lead root cause analysis for supplier quality issues and non-conformances
- Coordinate containment actions for high-impact supplier issues to minimize production disruption
- Identify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans
- Lead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) across projects
- Participate in design reviews and New Product Development to preempt manufacturing risks and supplier capability gaps
- Maintain relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Effective communication

- Auditor certification/qualification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of APQP methods and tools
- Basic knowledge of CMM operation
