We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to join a leading international manufacturing organization at its production plant in Pinerolo, Italy . brScopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa occasione scorrendo subito verso il basso. brThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to both local HR operations and international HR initiatives, supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment and playing a key role in enhancing the employee experience. brThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships across all organizational levels, and contributing to a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace. brThe successful candidate will support the development of a high-performing and motivated workforce by delivering excellent HR support, fostering a positive employee experience, and connecting local business needs with global HR strategies, standards, and initiatives. brEmployee Union Relations brSupport employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters. brAssist the HR Manager with union relations activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation, coordination of meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements and related initiatives. brContribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives. brSupport employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional HR experience. brGlobal HR Operations Coordination brEnsure the effective local implementation of global HR policies, standards, and operational guidelines. brAct as the primary local contact for global HR projects,
process updates, organizational changes, and HR system implementations. brSupport communication, change management, and employee adoption of new HR programs, systems, and digital tools. brProvide feedback and insights to global HR teams regarding local requirements, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement. brHR Administration Payroll Support brServe as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel administration. brSupport monthly payroll activities by ensuring the accurate and timely collection and validation of employee data. brAdminister employee benefits, welfare programs, supplementary pension schemes, and insurance programs. brMaintain personnel files and HR documentation in line with legal, audit, and organizational requirements. brSupport recruitment administration, onboarding activities, employment documentation, and contractual processes. brGovernment Funding Training Administration brManage administrative activities required to obtain public funding, grants, and reimbursements related to training programs and workforce development initiatives. brLiaise with local authorities, training institutions, and external partners regarding funding opportunities and compliance requirements. brMaintain accurate training records, HR databases, reports, and related documentation. brTraining Compliance brCoordinate training planning, administration,
delivery, and tracking activities across the plant. brSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening HR processes, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. brContribute to fostering a learning culture and continuous development mindset across the organization. brRequired Skills Experience brBachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. brMinimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. brGood understanding of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and fundamental Italian labor law. brExperience supporting training administration and compliance activities. brFluent English, both written and spoken. brStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. brExperience managing government-funded training programs and reimbursement processes. brPreferred: Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and digital HR tools. brExperience working within multinational organizations or international HR environments. brExposure to employee relations and unionized workplace environments. brbrSalary range of €28,000–€30,000 gross annual salary . brExposure to both local HR operations and international HR projects. brCollaboration with business leaders, managers, employees, and global HR teams. brThe opportunity to contribute directly to employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. brDevelopment of expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, payroll, training, compliance, and HR operations.
