This position supports the organization in managing people-related costs through budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both finance and HR dynamics.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPeople Cost AnalysisMonitor and analyze HR-related costs (FTE/HC evolution), identifying trends and providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.Monthly ClosingsEnsure accurate and timely submission of People Cost packages during monthly closings. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate and reconcile data.Budgeting & ForecastingLead and support the budgeting and forecasting processes for HR costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning.Cost OptimizationIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives within HR operations. Monitor spending and ensure adherence to financial targets.Ad Hoc Analysis & Business CasesConduct in-depth analyses and support the development of business cases for HR initiatives, organizational changes, and investment decisions.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Controllers,
