Overview

In this role you will design and optimize plant layouts for renewable gas projects, supporting greenfield and retrofit efforts worldwide. You will work within multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, constructible designs and ensure data exchange with project partners. You will participate in 3D model reviews and act as the layout specialist for your area, driving maintainability and accessibility considerations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of engineering and construction, contributing to energy transition initiatives.

Responsabilità

- Develop system and equipment layouts for upgrade, retrofit, and execution projects
- Prepare and check layout plans, load tables, construction data, steel structures, platforms, ducting, piping and component drawings
- Incorporate and verify supplier drawings
- Coordinate layout data exchanges with project team, consortium partners and service providers




- Lead layout-related discussions in internal/external meetings and act as primary contact for your area
- Conduct maintainability, accessibility, and constructability studies in your area
- Review 3D models during project meetings

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design for Renewable Gas Plants or equivalent
- Experience in structural and mechanical design, piping routing, and equipment/system arrangement
- Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD methods
- Proficiency in E3D; experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent design/plant construction apprenticeship
- Fluency in Italian and English (B1 or higher)
- Autonomous, solution-driven with strong communication skills
