Overview

In this role you will drive the development of Subsea XT technologies from customer needs to validated, deliverable products. You will work across global teams to ensure requirements are captured and translated into competitive solutions. You will lead design, testing, and qualification activities within time and budget, while mentoring colleagues and exploring new ideas and patents. Responsabilità

- Develop Subsea XT technologies that meet customer needs and advance new and proven solutions
- Create designs, drawings, BOMs, calculations, and lead qualification and system integration testing
- Manage plan, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management within scopes
- Lead global teams and apply DFMA principles across functions




- Provide technical guidance and peer reviews; mentor engineers in a diverse team
- Explore new opportunities, create patents, and perform Freedom to Operate analysis
- Follow market trends to innovate and push the boundaries of current technology

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven design engineering experience for Subsea Production Systems
- Strong CAD skills with 3D modeling and detailed drawings
- Deep knowledge of GD&T; and DFMA principles
- Experience with CAD tools CREO/PRO-E and TeamCenter/PLM
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum preferred); Chartered Engineer desirable
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate several projects
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally
