Overview

In this role, you will drive business performance through forecasting, analytics, and reporting to optimize sales and inventory across global markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights aligned with Brioni’s standards of excellence. You will develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities and risks. This position offers a chance to influence planning strategies in a prestigious luxury house and contribute to data-driven decision making at scale.

Responsabilità

- Lead planning and forecasting processes (Sales Plan, Open-to-Buy, inventory projections) to align with company objectives
- Translate business needs into analytical insights to support strategic decisions
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across categories and regions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for cross-functional use




- Identify opportunities and risks and propose actions to improve sales and inventory productivity
- Ensure key business questions are addressed with clear insights (What, When, Where, Who, Why, Whats Next)
- Validate data quality and drive continuous process improvements for accuracy
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize inventory deployment and stock efficiency

Requisiti fondamentali

- Relevant experience in Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning or similar analytical role in fashion, luxury or retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
