Overview

In this role you will optimize and maintain the Centric PLM platform to support product development, design, and manufacturing across the IT ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams to align PLM with ERP and other systems, driving process improvements and data integrity. You’ll engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to design solutions, configure Centric PLM, and support testing and releases. This is a chance to shape PLM-enabled product lifecycle management in a fashion-forward environment.

Responsabilità

- Gather and analyze functional/technical requirements to improve PLM processes
- AS-IS analysis and TO-BE design for future-state solutions
- Manage change requests and support solution design (blueprints, data models, integration specs)
- Configure and customize Centric PLM to meet business needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define/implement requirements
- Coordinate development activities with internal teams and external providers




- Provide day-to-day support to Product Development and Design teams
- Ensure data flows between PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications
- Support test case definition, testing, UAT, and release processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience with Centric PLM or other PLM solutions
- Experience in fashion & luxury, retail, or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of the fashion product lifecycle
- Knowledge of integration architectures (APIs, middleware, EDI)
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, SQL Server, JavaScript, XML, and CSS
- Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications
