The role / The Junior Associate will be involved in: Debt capital markets transactions, including
EMTN programmes and issuances
, stand-alone bond transactions and retail offerings; Tender and exchange offers relating to debt securities; Preparation and review of regulatory and transactional documentation; Structured finance transactions and related legal matters; Financial regulatory and compliance issues arising in connection with capital markets transactions;
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a junior Italian-qualified lawyer
, ideally with
1–3 years' experience gained within a recognised Italian or international law firm, with a genuine interest in
Debt Capital Markets, Banking & Finance or Capital Markets
.
The candidate should have
Excellent academic credentials; Some previous experience in debt capital markets, banking & finance or related transactional work; Strong drafting and analytical skills; Excellent command of
Italian and English
, both written and spoken; A commercial approach and willingness to work on sophisticated, international transactions; The ability to work effectively in a demanding, collaborative and international environment.
