We are looking for a junior position to grow and train internally, for the role of checkin agent or runner, with the role of operations clerk to support our operations manager in the day-to-day work. The job is all around Venice city center; there will be little office work, but it will be required that the candidate has computer skills.

The role will require the candidate to meet clients and walk them to the apartments, check in, and help them plan their stay and logistics. Open doors for assistance and maintenance of the apartments themselves, respond, and help guests during their stays in all the apartments we manage. Own the issues when they arise and follow through on all the processes of resolution.

- Good English (min. B1) written and spoken

The job is a full-time contract within the Federtourism contract. We are prepared to hire from the 1st of October.
