**Compliance Specialist**
- Supports the business and corporate functions in relation to the legal issues and ensure compliance with sector regulations applicable in Italy and abroad and aiming for better legal protection of the interests of the Company.
- Support the Compliance team, in developing and implementation of the Group compliance program.
- Participate in new product development meetings to address compliance issues.
- Draft and Implement the Company's AML/CFT policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the development of the legislative framework specific to the regulations applicable to the activities of the CRIF Companies Group. Experience: - Proficiency in Italian and English is essential (both spoken and written)
- License to practice in law will be considered a plus Soft Skills:



- Ability to work under pressure and to interface and communicate well with the transaction team, including internal operational and management staff as well as outside counsels.
- Ability to provide top-level guidance to senior executives in an understandable way, often in a fast-moving and evasive environment.
- Ability to learn to earn the respect of senior management in order to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly-developing business
- Result and team oriented and able to work in an international, multi-cultural, fast-moving and complex business environment. **Workplace will be in Bologna**. Availability to national/international transfers is required LI-SSIT
