The role leads project coordination, procurement and vendor management activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and effective customer engagement through platforms such as Veeva CRM. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliFranchise Project and Events /liliWork with Franchise on key congresses and events. Leading on logistics and overall project management with Global Brand Teams to deliver high quality and compliant events /liliSupport with identified strategic projects for the franchises, working closely with Commercial Operations and Excellence and the relevant franchise stakeholders /liliSupport ongoing key franchise activities through end-to-end management of procurement and financial processes. /liliCommercial Operations Excellence /liliAct as a key partner, leading project management for commercial operations and excellence project (e.g., Excel/Best Performance Club) /liliManage relationships with external providers and country counterparts within contract management scope ensuring strong collaboration across teams and markets (e.g., customer engagement ecosystem,



market research projects…).
