Consultant – Life Sciences
Who are we looking for:

1–3 years of experience in a consulting company, on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects and in international contexts

Background of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics,



Engineering or Biotechnology

Fluent in English — most of our work is cross-border; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus

Combining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and able to structure ambiguous problems

Quick learner by nature, tech-curious, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping healthcare

Positive attitude, fun and easy to work with

Willing to dare, innovate and prove her/his potential, knowing that one good idea is more important than a few mistakes

Motivated by a start-up environment in a multinational company

Candidate role

Candidates will deploy strategic consulting for major players in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries as well as Healthcare services

Typical engagements include commercial model design and field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign for medical and corporate affairs functions, omnichannel transformation, and AI use-case deployment across commercial and medical operations

Candidates will join the project teams in every stage of their work streams: from the design of the project activities, to evidence gathering, critical analysis and final open discussion with client top management

This is a practice where consultants at this level present their own work to senior stakeholders

Work location: Milan or Rome

Salary: 28.000-33.000
