We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Diagnostic Support Agent to join our team.
In this role, you will provide technical support, assist with troubleshooting activities, and work closely with dealers to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Participate in technical training and development activities
Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support
Qualifications




We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 level or above)
Passion for motorcycles and vehicle technology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in technical support, workshop environments, or after-sales services is considered a plus
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
