/ppbr / /ppstronguYour Mission /u /strong: /ppWe are looking for a motivated strongProduct Management Intern /strong to join our RD team based in Castelletto Stura.
/ppReporting directly to the Product Manager, the intern will support the development and execution of product initiatives across an international and cross-functional environment, working closely with RD, Marketing, Production and local markets.
/ppThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle, from consumer insights and innovation projects to product launches and portfolio management, progressively taking ownership of dedicated projects and initiatives.

/pulliSupport the coordination and execution of product development and portfolio management activities across different markets and business functions.
/liliAssist in the planning and implementation of product launches, product updates and lifecycle management initiatives.
/liliMonitor project timelines, track action plans and support project governance activities.
/liliCollect, organize and analyse data from internal and external sources to identify market trends, consumer insights and business opportunities.
/liliSupport market research, competitive benchmarking and consumer analysis projects.
/liliAssist in monitoring product performance and preparing reports, dashboards and presentations to support business decisions.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product-related information.
/liliSupport the preparation of internal communication materials, presentations, innovation updates and project reports.
/liliContribute to product testing activities, sample management and coordination with international stakeholders.
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working, taking ownership of dedicated projects under guidance.
/liliCollaborate with teams including RD, Marketing, Production and Commercial functions in a dynamic international environment.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstronguThe Ideal Candidate /u /strong:



/pulliBachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
/liliStrong interest in Product Management, Innovation and the FMCG sector.
/liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
/liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
/liliProactive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
/liliStrong communication and presentation skills.
/liliAbility to work collaboratively with different stakeholders in an international environment.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
/liliFluency in English is mandatory; br / additional languages are considered a plus.
