Position Overview

We are seeking a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and service-related issues.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and effective solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.

Requirements

- Fluent proficiency in Slovenian.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Ability to provide effective support across multiple communication channels.
- Candidates must be based in Bulgaria.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Friday.
- Working hours between 08:00 and 19:00.
