IT agreements brTake care of corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters brManage data protection and privacy and other compliance matters (231, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, KYC)brProvide practical and timely legal support and business advice to all internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, IT, logistics, and HR)brSupport and assist the EMEA legal director in handling global initiatives and complex matters as needed brThe profile : br~ Italian law degree. xrdbqlu Bar admission is considered a plus br~5+ of professional experience gained at international law firm and/or in-house department; a combination of both is strongly preferred br~ Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
